TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HUWARANG OFW COACHING PROGRAM

Welcome to the Huwarang OFW Coaching Program!

By enrolling in any of our coaching packages, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your registration.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Huwarang OFW Coaching Program offers expert coaching for OFWs seeking breakthroughs in career, family, and personal success. The program includes three packages:

Ultimate 1-on-1 Transformation Package

Advanced Breakthrough Package

Group Coaching Transformation Package

2. ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT POLICY

Payment must be made in full before the start of the Coaching Sessions.

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, GCash, or other approved payment channels.

Installment plans must be completed as per the agreed schedule.

3. COACHING SESSIONS

1-on-1 Coaching (Ultimate & Advanced Packages)

Coaching sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability. Rescheduling must be requested at least 3 days in advance. If the participant misses a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered forfeited. Sessions will be conducted online via Zoom, Google Meet, or other preferred platforms.

Group Coaching Sessions

Group sessions follow a fixed schedule; participants must attend as per the given timetable. Missed group sessions will not be rescheduled unless deemed necessary.

4. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants must be committed to attending and actively participating in all coaching sessions. Respect towards the Coach and fellow participants is mandatory. Participants must complete all assigned tasks and exercises to maximize results.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

All discussions within coaching sessions are strictly confidential. Participants agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce any proprietary materials provided during the Program. The coaching program respects privacy and ensures that personal information will not be disclosed to third parties.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

Any form of disrespect, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund. Participants must follow ethical guidelines when interacting with fellow Members and the Coach.

7. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Payments are guaranteed refundable if the participants has done its parts in the Program and still solutions isn't met. If a participant wishes to cancel before the first session, please do contact us prior. Also, the Coach reserves the right to cancel a participant’s enrollment due to violation of terms. In such cases, refunds will be issued.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All coaching materials, frameworks, and strategies shared in the Program remain the intellectual property of the Coach Ariel Bernardo. Participants may use the materials for personal development but cannot distribute or sell them.

9. DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY

The Coaching Program is designed for guidance and self-improvement; results may vary based on individual effort and commitment. The Coach shall not be held liable for any financial, career, or personal decisions made by participants during or after the Program. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

10. AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By enrolling in the Huwarang OFW Coaching Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these
